Free features

The playground and the image checker are free to try, with nothing to refund.

Paid runs

If an AI run or check fails, the credit is returned to your balance automatically. If you paid and the runs did not arrive, or you were charged twice, email support@clefdecide.com with your order reference and explain what happened. We will look into it and get back to you.

Payments are made in crypto through Infini.
